Hi my name is George Wang Jr, I am full time sk8 coach & professional stand up comedian living out of Monterey park. I wish they told me in high school all those times I got in trouble for making the class laugh and getting my skateboard taken away, would actually be the 2 things I’ve made my career off. Funny how life works, I worked so many different job only to realize the things I worked hard at for free was the real investment into my future!

GiYN would like to proudly present George Wang. This person is one of the funny, sweet, loving, and caring sk8ter dude I met. How? Back in 2017, I got connected to George and became friend and got connected to him via instagram. I followed him and little that I know, he is also a stand-up comedian. I’ve been working so much that I couldn’t come to his shows. Fast forward, I finally get to see him doing what he loves to do. I went with my friends and we really had a good time. I witnessed how this dude actually is when he performs on stage. Just looking and listening to someone amazing, it inspired me to be a “stand-up comedian wanna be.”
He isn’t just your ordinary sk8ter and stand-up comedian dude, but also a kind hearted person and a loving son who takes care of his dad. His relationship with his father, I find it very very inspiring.
He then became a sk8ter coach and it was fun to watch his videos having fun with kids. He definitely has a good heart and likes to motivate people. I admire this person for so many reasons. He is absolutely talented and such an inspiration to many including me.
