There are things I love to do whenever I spend time alone \u2014 simple, random things that calm my mind and spark my curiosity. Whether it\u2019s trying something new, creating something just for fun, or simply daydreaming \u2014 these little moments of solitude help me recharge.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, but my alone time is sacred. It\u2019s where I feel most free \u2014 where I reconnect with my thoughts, imagination, and inner peace.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Even as a child, I was used to playing alone. I\u2019d talk to myself, create stories, play with my toys, and imagine whole worlds that made me laugh and feel amazed. Back then, people called it \u201cunusual<\/em>,\u201d but now I realize how important that imagination was. It\u2019s how creativity and curiosity are born. Play is one of the most essential parts of growing up \u2014 it shapes how we think, learn, and express ourselves.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

So no, it wasn’t \u201cunusual<\/em>.\u201d It was natural. It was me.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But that word stuck with me. \u201cUnusual.\u201d It echoed in my head for years, making me question myself and how I should act in public. I tried to fit in, to blend in with what others considered \u201cnormal.\u201d Yet deep inside, there was still a little girl who felt silenced \u2014 the one who just wanted to express herself freely without fear of being judged.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The moment I stopped caring about what people said was the moment I started accepting my \u201cunusuality.\u201d And honestly, it\u2019s not bad at all. It\u2019s what makes me unique. I find joy in small, silly things \u2014 the random hobbies, the quiet hours of curiosity, the projects that make me lose track of time.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I can\u2019t erase my childhood wounds or the times I felt misunderstood. But I can acknowledge them. I can\u2019t change what happened, but I can choose to use my time now to free my soul from whatever once chained it.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Healing, I\u2019ve learned, isn\u2019t about fixing the past \u2014 it\u2019s about embracing every part of who you are, even the ones the world once called \u201cunusual.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And maybe that\u2019s what healing truly is \u2014 slowly reclaiming the parts of yourself that the world once told you to hide.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Solitude hits different when you’re reliving your best memories and realizing who truly stayed through it all.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n
